MUKAH: The Unity Night Concert organised by Yayasan Perpaduan Sarawak (YPS) in conjunction with Kaul Mukah 2024 drew an enthusiastic crowd.
The concert, which began at 8:30 p.m., was held at the Main Stage of Kaul Mukah on Saturday.
In line with the unity theme, the concert was attended by various communities, including Melanau, Iban, Chinese, and others.
The Unity Night Concert is among some of the unique highlights of Kaul Mukah 2024, as YPS collaborated with the Melanau Association of Mukah to enliven the event.
Among the captivating performances were by YPS Sape Ambassador, Wanie Alias, and the Pioneer Youth Traditional Orchestra of Sarawak (POTRES).
The evening was also entertained with comedy acts by Iwan Dasri and Morse Uotye.
Also present were the Deputy Minister of Economy Malaysia, Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib, Balingian Assemblyman Abdul Yakub Arbi, and Tellian Assemblyman Royston Valentine. -UKASnews
